This international retreat led by Stephan Hausner is designed for those who want to maintain healthy relations with themselves, with their families and colleagues, teams, society,… and for anyone curious to explore and experience the whole concept of «health» using systemic constellation.
Stephan considers health as the ability to respond, as living an adequate and creative response out of the present moment: «Often, we feel overwhelmed by what we are exposed to. In order to survive we disconnect, we separate, we dis-sociate. Separating from ourselves, we separate from others, from our environment. We find healing by reconnecting, by restoring the relationship and living an adequate response to all our relations.»
Stephan Hausner
Stephan is a healing practitioner and humanistic psychotherapist. As a world-renowned facilitator of Systemic Constellations, working in the field since 1993, he is the author of the book “Even if it Costs me My Life – Systemic Constellations and Serious Illness”, which has been translated into 15 languages. Conducting international workshops and trainings in more than 60 countries on 5 continents, his work focuses on exploring the profound healing potential of systemic constellations work, for individuals, couples, families and organizations and on awakening transformative processes in his clients.
His work can also be experienced by watching the «Transgenerational Healing Series», five films soulfully produced by Ali Mezey.
«Learning together. Growing together»
As a participant, you are invited to bring your questions related to both personal and professional issues, and also supervision cases. You will have the opportunity to share and explore them in a small and intimate group setting expertly held by Stephan.
Considering the benefits of the whole group, Stephan will decide which questions will be treated throughout the working sessions.
The number of participants will be limited to ensure an appropriate container is created for a deeper process of exploration and learning.
The working sessions will be held in English.
Authentic Movement with Paula Lavareda
At the end of each day in order to integrate the learning and healing experience, Paula will offer the practice of Authentic Movement which will be an invitation to stop, to pause and breathe. An invitation, adapted to everyone’s needs, to open and follow your heart and breathe to create space for integration. Paula is a therapist, a facilitator in Systemic Constellation Work, an actress, a choreographer, performer and movement researcher. She began her career in performing art in Rio de Janeiro, her city of birth and soon travelled the world driven by the curiosity of knowing how the body is shaped and affected by different cultures. She lived in Brazil, the United States, Chile, Italy, Spain and currently resides in Portugal and Germany.
Montserrat
This retreat is designed as a residential experience to foster deeper immersion in both the work and its processes.
Participants will be accommodated at the Hotel*** Abad Cisneros, a former pilgrims’ hostel dating back to 1563, where all sessions will be held. It is located within the grounds of Montserrat, a Benedictine monastery situated in the mountain range of the same name, known for its distinctive rock formations and spiritual significance.
Montserrat is about 50 km from Barcelona and is easily accessible by train, car and bus from the city centre, and also from Barcelona-El Prat international airport.

For a deeper process of learning, this retreat is meant for participants with some experience in systemic constellations work.

Sunday, 15 November: 17:00 to 20:00
Monday 16 to Wednesday 18: 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
Thursday, 19 November: 10:00 to 14:00
Registration Fee (per participant)
Single room: 1.683 EUR + 21% VAT* (1.870 EUR + 21% VAT for registrations confirmed after 31 July 2026)
Twin shared room: 1.593 EUR + 21% VAT* (1.770 EUR + 21% VAT for registrations confirmed after 31 July 2026).
For individual registrations, the twin shared room option will be only available if there are other individually registered participants who also wish to share a room.
The registration fee includes: All sessions plus full board accommodation from Sunday afternoon (dinner) to Thursday afternoon (lunch), and morning and afternoon coffee/tea and snacks. Transfer from Barcelona El Prat airport to Montserrat can be provided (not included in the fee).
* If you are a company registered in the EU with a tax identification number validated with VIES, VAT can be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Before 20 September 2026: the full registration fee will be refunded (except 100 EUR + 21% VAT as a refund management fee).
Before 15 October 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (except 100 EUR + 21% VAT as a refund management fee).
After 15 October 2026: no refund of the registration fee will be made. However, if the place is filled by another participant, 50% of the registration fee + 21% VAT will be refunded.
